We hope you never have to return your purchase!

Each piece at anushé pirani is designed and handcrafted with a lot of care and goes through firm quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture of fabric/print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes. 


As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold due to the time and labor that goes into making each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.  


Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged only for size. If the size is not available we will provide you with a credit note which will be valid for two months for redemption on the website only. We’d recommend you refer to the size chart before making a purchase.

All our products go through a firm quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us on with an image of the product within five days of receiving the order. 


  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
  • No returns/exchanges on items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
  • No returns/exchanges on out of stock or customised orders. 

No return or exchange on international orders.


You must inform us within five days of delivery of the product. Please write to with subject: RETURNS - order number. Kindly mention the reason for exchange and attach an image of the product. Once we receive your email, you will be provided with the address for shipping your pieces. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. 

We must be notified within five days of receipt of clothes about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 14 days. The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected piece, we will take care of the shipping.

The anushé pirani team reserves all rights to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
